New Food!

Texas has some great food options not available up here, but I found something that needs to be exported back down south.

Lobster roll!  They butter and toast a roll, add giant chunks of chilled lobster, a dash of seasoning, a swipe of mayo, and lemon.

The only problem is that lobster isn't cheap.  Lobster here is flown in from Maine.  Perhaps that is why Texas hasn't discovered lobster rolls yet.
