Christmas

We left New York to see our families for Christmas, so there won't be any New York pictures in here.

We'll begin with Christmas cookies.

Mine is the top left house.

My snowman has a green scarf.

I created the red and white star.

Mine is the simple red and yellow tree.

My star is the really exciting one with the red center.

My gingerbread man has a scary red beard.

My boot is red with a white sole.
I just wanted to take the time to show off my cookie-decorating abilities.  Perhaps in another life I would have been a pastry chef?  Corey's girlfriend Cameron was the judge and didn't appreciate my skills, but two additional blind judges voted mine some of the best.  So I feel better.

Adam and Erin's gingerbread village.

Mom and Corey's house.

Jacob and Gabby's train.
As you can see, we decorate more than cookies.

Christmas morning always comes with monkey bread.  This is the first year it has come with Ohio State.

I made Erin some fancy hot chocolate.  She approved.
Isn't Christmas fun?

This is Corey's front yard.  He has wild geese for neighbors.  Small town America.
