Looks so innocent too...

The winner of this week's worst parent award goes to the woman who allowed her child to ride a bike on a moving train.

After she ran over my foot with a training wheel, she tried to set a speed record in the subway car.

The mother seemed completely okay with this activity, just watching from a distance.  NOT OK!
